Coca-Cola

The Coca-Cola company operated with internal silos and decentralized planning processes across its ecosystem of suppliers, which impacted every organization's ability to perform critical material planning. Coca-Cola partnered with IBP2 to pioneer an end-to-end planning process and digitization initiative across its ecosystem of suppliers and partners

McDonald's

Like many companies in the last five years, McDonald’s experienced supply chain disruptions that reduced the typical excess capacity it carried. Because supply chain issues were atypical, the commercial teams historically had no need to forecast product mix and provide suppliers with visibility. Together, IBP2 and McDonald's corporation established a pilot and global S&OP design that aligned the commercial business projections with supply chain forecasts across all major markets

Microsoft

Microsoft had recently launched the Surface 2-in-1 Detachable PC with related accessories with a plan to be sold in retail stores as well as shipped from global operating centers. The company was still utilizing legacy planning processes, not optimized for the new products and selling channels. IBP2 helped Microsoft create tailored planning processes and decision frameworks that supported the Surface line’s growth to a billion-dollar brand

Dell

Historically, Dell used a made to order inventory system. When they wanted to transition to made to stock, they needed to stand up a planning process to manage their inventory. IBP2 worked with Dell to stand up planning processes and educated their teams about the monthly strategic discussions to support their new business model

IBP2 clients have been recognized among global leaders in the
Gartner Supply Chain Top 25 which is a renowned annual ranking of the
world's superior supply chains
